The History of this resort goes back some 30 years ago. David and Martha Kemp bought this property and soon realize the potensial of sharing this unique venue to everyone that values tranquil resting places, along the banks of the Roodeplaat dam. 

The resort was at first opened to dedicated fishermen some 23 years ago, and since has been developed into a holiday resort with thousands of visitors each year.

The latest developments consists of 14 self catering log cabins along the waterside, with a resent addision of 8 guest houses completly remodeled for the enjoyment of the weary traveller.
